I was just told that I am getting a smart board. I am excited! I have seen other teachers in the building using smart boards. I cannot wait to get mine and learn how to use it. I have witness many possibilities for its use, but I am interested in hearing some unusual uses for the Smart Board. I have seen it used to play a Jeopardy Game, show youtube video, give notes, present power points and our morning announcements are broadcast to the Smart Boards. Some teachers also have Promethean Interactive Whiteboards. I am not sure what the difference is.

I love smart boards. I could not teach without them.
